Gerry Robles is a doctor of physical therapy and uses his expertise working alongside his patients as a team. He works together with the patient to come up with individualized programs addressing each individual's specific pain or injury. His philosophy is one of treating the whole person and not injuries or pain in isolation. His approach to skilled therapy includes education on the injury and pain, manual or hands on techniques, movement assessments, specific rehabilitation exercises, and loading progressions for the patient to return to full strength.
Dr. Robles is a combat sports and fitness lover. He has worked with many athletes in various combat sports including professional boxing, MMA, wrestling, jiu jitsu and muay thai. He has also worked with countless people who simply enjoy going to the gym to work on their wellness. Combat athletes and fitness enthusiasts require a tailored approach to rehab and the physical therapist’s full attention, of which Dr. Robles is wholly committed to deliver. This is done with a thorough evaluation and assessment to cater to the patient’s specific needs, and then prescribing the right treatment plan and working together to achieve complete recovery.
