Manual therapy is a hands-on approach used to address pain, stiffness, and restrictions in movement. At Art of PT, treatment may include soft tissue mobilization, spinal manipulation, cupping with red light therapy, and kinesiotaping, depending on your individual needs.
These techniques can be used to address areas of muscle tightness, joint stiffness, or restricted mobility that may be affecting how you move or train. Manual therapy is incorporated into a broader treatment plan and may be paired with targeted exercises and movement work to help you make lasting progress.
